Delete your Vexy account
You can permanently delete your Vexy account and all associated data. Deletion is irreversible and is completed within 30 days.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
Open Vexy, go to Profile, and tap "Delete account". Your account and data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email support@vexyapp.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify your request and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile, chat history, matches, purchases record, and personal data. Some records may be retained only where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
